Focus Sleep School’s new hybrid schedule includes asynchronous pre-course modules, synchronous virtual sessions, and two days on-site. Pre-course modules must be completed before the first scheduled synchronous session. A personal laptop or tablet is required for virtual sessions.

April 2024 Course

Focus Sleep School is an A-STEP Introductory Course Provider. Our hybrid accelerated course is a starting point for students interested in starting a career in sleep medicine. Following Pathway 4 for RPSGT eligibility, course completers can transition from interested students to fully trained and credentialed Polysomnographic Technologist in as little as six months.

We now offer students the ability to complete the AHA's Basic Life Support (BLS) training while taking the A-STEP course. To take advantage of this opportunity, simply choose the registration option that includes the BLS add-on.

This course is a hybrid event, meaning a portion is completed in an online virtual learning environment, followed by an on-site portion at our Sleep School in Germantown, Tennessee. A personal laptop or tablet will be required to complete the virtual portion of the course. Cell phones are not compatible with syllabus needs. Details are below:
